Video 2 - 'Morning Routine'
When we get up in the morning we often start the day with some strenuous muscle movements going about our breakfast routine - reaching for food in cupboards, negotiating stairs etc. This is more important in Winter when it gets cold in the house and the muscles haven't stretched.
Without proper warm-up I can foresee sudden muscle tweaks and strains which never put us in a good mood for the rest of the day. We need to look after ourselves ladies and gents.
