Warmup/cardiovascular - as the winter months draw in it is even more important that we work in a cardio vascular way to simply keep warm, some of the other benefits are that it can boost your mood, strengthening your heart, ward off viral illnesses and keep excess pounds at bay never mind prevent diabetes, stroke and other diseases. So what’s not to love just work at your own level with this warm up where I have added different levels of effort. Doing anything is always better than doing nothing x
