New Autumn 2020 Upper Body Workout
In this exercise we start by mobilising our shoulders by retracting the shoulder blade we add wrist mobility by ‘painting the walls’ moving on to the corner work we focus on mobility and strength working both the biceps and triceps. Keep the feet marching when you can to add to your daily step count. Well done keep up the good work
