First three functional fitness tests.
1 - Lower body strength . Make sure you fully stand and sit (with control) each time, keep your feet on the floor at all times and hands across the chest.
2 - Lower body mobility . Very important to make sure your chair is secure, sit near the edge to allow your leading leg to be straight and keep your back straight bending from the hips looking forward (do not arch the back).
3 - Upper body mobility . Don’t force any movement, use the side you find this easier often your leading hand (e.g. right or left handed) measure between the end of the two middle fingers.
