This is our third year of bringing together classes to have a wonderful Christmas Lunch, but it is never just a lunch when it comes to FLexercise! I hope everyone enjoyed their table presents as a small gift from myself to say a massive thank you for your support over the past year. Everybody enjoyed the outstanding performance from my 'MEN' who had been secretly learning a dance routine to perform which they did so well and the standing ovation was certainly earned. The lunch was fantastic and the Links once again served us with style. After our meal we all enjoyed the talents of the Fakenham Ukes to which we took the opportunity to have a sing and dance xxx
